Students are expected to follow the following guidelines during exams:

1. Check your examination papers before you will start answering if they are complete. There are 7 test
papers.

2. Switched off your cellphone. You are not allowed to use it when you start your exam. Place it inside
your bag.

3. Remain silent throughout the session – others are working.

4. Placed on the floor all your materials like learning modules or your notes as the examination starts.

5. No movement from allocated desk or position while examination is in progress or without my

permission.

6. Use only blue or black ballpen.

7. Raise your hand if you need to communicate with me like when you want to go to the comfort room.

8. If you want to go to the comfort room , you will go out one at a time.

9. Avoid talking to each other. Any question or request must be directed to me and no one else.

10. You are not allowed to always leave and return except if you have important things to do outside.

11. Read carefully and follow the instructions printed on the examination papers.

12. You can take your snacks while taking your exam.

13. If you are done answering all the examination papers, pass it on the table by subjects silently
including the plastic envelope.

14. Check and review your paper before you will pass it.

15. After taking your examinations, go out silently from this classroom maintaining social distancing and
proceed to the exit gate beside the clinic when you do not have anymore school concerns. Go home
directly and safely to your house.

16. When you pass the hallway of the school, maintain silent .

17. When I say start, begin answering your examination papers. When I say stop, end and pass it on the
table.

18. After answering your first subject , proceed to another subject.

19. You must be finished answering all your examination papers at exactly 12 noon. No more extension
of time.

20. Bring your own trashes when you leave the classroom after your examination.
