Scope and Limitation of the Study

The researchers conducted this study for the purpose of studying and determining the student’s
attitude towards business and their business intentions. Only the ABM Senior High School
Students were of interest as data form. The data collection will be conducted to the Senior High
School Students particularly the strand ABM of School, who will represent the population. The
other students, which do not fall, as part of Grade 11 and Grade 12 ABM students are not within
the scope of this research. This study limits its investigation only to attitude toward business
particularly cognitive and affective attitude and the business intention.

Due to the limited time given, we are expecting to conduct this interview via online. We will
conduct this through Google forms as an alternative for paper questionnaires and interviews for
analyzing and gatherings of data. The questionnaires through Google form will be sent via
messenger only to ABM Students of School, Inc.

The Role of Education

Figure 1: The conceptual framework reflects the concept of the study. It indicates that cognitive
and affective attitudes are independent variables, while behavioral intention to conduct business
is the dependent variable. It shows that a person's cognitive and affective attitude toward
business correlates with their behavioral intention to start a business in the future. The
educational background aids the correlation between attitude toward business and business
intention.
