SM3 - How To Retrieve Open Ticket List - Solution
I have personalized the “Search Criteria” as well as “Result List” and saved under “Saved Searches”.
Saved Criteria is based on Message Processor i.e. by my ID, however I want to have another search
criteria i.e. Status ≠ Closed i.e. my result list should populate only Open tickets, which is not possible
thru search criteria (as per my understanding).

But not in permanent way as after every log-in this filter is getting refreshed. But I saw there is an option
to have this filter to set permanently but it is greyed out/disabled mode under personalize . Can
you enable it for me as it will reduce an action of setting filter every time.
Solution:

Then go to saved search and filter the column, the filter get saved automatically under Personalize.

When you login next time and call the saved search the Result Layout would be as per Saved filter search
