Foodiespot is designed to enable users make purchases
from several restaurants in the same order,schedule
and track order.

To understand the users I’m creating for and their requirements for maximum experience,I
interviewed several participants getting to kmow about their real experiences and expectations of a
food app.I developed an Empathy map, personas and user journey maps to capture crucial pain
points and challenges users may encounter that can cause frustrations.

Usability study: findings
I conducted two rounds of usability studies.Findings from the first study helped guide the
designs from wireframes to mockup while the second study helped refined the mockups.
