WAIVER OF RIGHTS

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS;

_______________________, Philippines, subscribing on oath, depose and state, That :

I] I am no longer interested over the parcel of land, situated in

_______________________ covered by ______________________declared in the
name of _________________, containing a total area of, more or less, NINE
THOUSAND FOUR HUNDRED FORTY SIX (9,446) SQUARE METERS
and more particularly described as follows:

 A PARCEL OF LAND, Lot No. __________ located __________________

with an area of 9,446 sq. meters bounded on the North by Lot No__________;
on the South by Lot No. _______; on the East by Lot No. _____________ and
on the West by Lot No. ___________, National Road with an assessed value of
P34,460.00.

II] I hereby voluntarily waive my rights and interests over the above-described parcel
of land, for an act of love, liberality and generosity;

III] I freely GIVE, TRANSFER and CONVEY, my rights and interests over the
above-cited parcel of land in favour of my son, _____________, Filipino and with
residence and postal address at ______________

IV] The above-named transferee, hereby accept and receive this waiver made in his
favour, and he expresses appreciation and gratefulness for the love, kindness and
generosity of the transferor;

V] We, Transferor and Transferee hereby affirm that we have voluntarily executed
this instrument out of our own free will, without force, intimidation or violence
from any person present at the time of execution of this presents, nor anything
which somehow may vitiate our individual consent;

VI] I, the transferor, have no more claim or demand against each other regarding the said
property;

VII] I, the transferor, including the transferee herein, are executing this affidavit with full
knowledge of the consequences thereof, and for any legal purpose this affidavit may
serve.
