Possessing Awareness of Self in Spirit and Action

Broadcast on June 07, 2022
With Leora Gaster & Mia Segal
Hosted by Brian Siddhartha Ingle

In this session Mia Segal and Leora Gaster demonstrate how awareness is a skill you can learn,
and how learning is a function of awareness. For this awareness skill to be complete, it must
include all parts of you — the mental, physical, emotional and spiritual. By learning to self-
monitor, you integrate thought and action into a powerful whole. You become present to your
internal processes and environment, thus laying the foundation for your best self to emerge.

In this session, you’ll discover:

 That by understanding the importance self-monitoring, we come home to ourselves and

learn who and how we are
 How a movement lesson embodies practical and insightful principles for living
 Real (systemic and complete) learning has to be experiential and come from within,
guided by a good teacher asking questions
