REFLECTION
TOPIC: TYPES OD EDUCATIONAL PLANNING AND TRENDS OF
EDUCATIONAL PLANNING
A strategy is a predetermined path of action. Planning is primarily a method for determining and carrying
out actions in order to attain organizational goals. It's the deliberate, methodical process of deciding on goals
and activities. There are three basic purposes of educational planning, according to the article: identification
of objectives and strategies, proper distribution of restricted resources, and decision-making support. The
fundamental goal of educational planning is to figure out what's causing the problems in the classroom and
come up with a viable solution. This must be factored into instructional planning. The development of CIP is
a simple example of incorporating educational planning factors. Every year, before the start of the school
year, I must complete my CIP (Classroom Improvement Plan). We highlight any worries, planned activities,
and recommendations for the growth of my classroom, as well as for my learners and myself as the manager
of my own classroom, in this form of planning. The aim, the strategy, the materials and resources needed,
and the time frame or when I should attain this goal were all clearly outlined in the CIP. As a teacher, I value
this type of approach since it allows me to use the in the classroom and in my vocation as a teacher. As a
21st-century educator, it is our obligation to think about the principles of educational planning so that we
can be better led in whatever goals we set for the benefit of our precious students and our own professional
development. This can assist us in quickly determining what needs to be done and what has already been
done. Furthermore, as educational planners, we must have a realistic plan, which can be accomplished by
understanding the needs, educational status, available resources, policies, and programs. Its goals must be
clear, and coordination and integration between the various activities and planning teams must be
implemented. When all elements and components of educational planning are considered, a nation's well-
developed educational system can be attained. Above all, plans should be useful, practical, and realistic,
with the ability to adjust to changing needs and circumstances. Regardless, a plan is just that: a plan. The
main thing is that it should be implemented so that all of the effort that went into creating the strategy is
rewarded.

B. TRENDS IN EDUCATIONAL PALANNINIG

A trend is defined by a growing awareness of a new style that is in high demand among fashionistas.
Today, we are embracing the new normal, with the majority of people following the current trends. One of
the current trends is the usage of gadgets; almost everyone has one, particularly a cellphone, which is
extremely essential in these times of pandemic. We utilize this device for you to be in especially in
education nowadays it is difficult to gain the attention of parents if we do not have a gadget because this is
now our mode of communication to use in order to follow-up on their children. Our reporter claims that
there are two types of trends to consider: social and educational trends. This activity was taken part in by the

society in Social Trends. Some last for years, while others last only a few weeks. Each person goes with the
flow, regardless of the current trends. COVID-19 crisis is changing the educational landscape, often in
unforeseen ways, as we compare previous and current educational trends. It's difficult to predict how the
following school year will unfold, but by keeping up with current educational trends, you can return to
school next year prepared, whether you're teaching in a classroom or remotely. Teachers and families may
be more stressed than ever as a result of the COVID-19 epidemic and other world events. Many teachers,
students, and parents developed a new respect for the significance of self-care this year as schools
transitioned to online learning and teachers tried to alter their curriculum. Many changes are occurring in
educational trends today, and we have AWA of teachers in order to stay safe. Everyone follows the right
protocol, especially when it comes to students and parents receiving their school materials.

C. STAGES OF EDUCATIONAL PLANNING

There are various stages of education planning that might assist us in making educational decisions. We
have statistical data collection and analysis, which entails gathering data so that we can figure out how to
address problems and identify their flaws. The next step is to construct an evolving policy proposal if we
already know a person's flaws and need to find a solution or make a recommendation. In making a proposal
we so many things to be consider we to plan well to an effective plan all To carry out the strategy, teachers,
students, administrators, and other stakeholders are involved. We must project future problems, such as if
we want a new classroom for the following school year, we must collect data on enrollment so that we may
address the issue with the person concerned. After that, they provide a thorough examination of the request.
