JOB SCOPE - JOB DESCRIPTION

Designation : DOCUMENT CONTROL


Report to : HSE Coordinator

 Assist management representatives in carrying out document control procedures


 Entering document data into the document list and ensuring that the information provided
is accurate and up to date.
 Coordinate with other depts to ensure the doc data is valid
 Provide project data reports according to the target time determined by the supervisor
 Ensure documents are approved before distribution
 Make changes to documents when necessary in coordination with management
representatives
 Ensure all documents have been socialized and distributed to interested parties
 Ensure all documents are stored and protected from damage and easy to trace
 Withdraw or destroy expired documents.
