Fuel change-over
over is to be undertaken prior to entering into
the ECA boundary as per company procedures and recorded

mentioned as while in ECA area / port, vessel will have to
comply with ECA requirements.
Change-over for A/E and Boiler is to be undertaken as soon as possible
after berthing. Change over time along with estimated time of actually
burning LSMGO is to be recorded as per procedures.
