FAIGAL ELEMENTARY SCHOOL

MINUTES OF LAC SESSION

Faigal Elementary School Teaching Force conducted a Learning Action Cell as a part of
their In Service Training about Result- Based Performance Management System on
June 28, 2019. The training aims to: know the different RPMS tools to be
accomplished by each teacher; make an IPCRF for teachers; build harmonious
relationship among teachers.
The said training was started by a prayer lead by Mrs. Jessa A. Flores, substitute
teacher of Grade 3, followed by Food for thought given by Mr. Ruel Rufino R.
Dumayas, Academic Coordinator. After the food for thought, teachers were
overwhelmed by an energizer that was prepared by Ms. Shiela DG. Carbonel, Grade
Five teacher.
Then, the School Head, Mr. Ronaldo B. Viloria discussed about the RPMS. The
seminar proper was successfully done among teachers because of their eager
participation throughout the whole session.
Distibution of certificates followed afterwards.

The School LAC Session about Re- Orientation LIS and M &E was scheduled July 26,
2019 at the Faculty room of Faigal Elementary School.
The session started with a prayer lead by Mam Pinky Nunez and a National Anthem by
mam Marjorie Barrera. The food for thought was given by mam Shiela DG. Carbonel.
The speaker was Mam Grace R. Tangonan on how to use LIS online. Mr. Ruel Rufino
R. Dumayas discussed about M&E on accuracy data.

Araling Panlipunan wasa subject that most learners find it hard to be mastered and
some of them find it as not so interesting subject because of many facts that need to
be memorized... That is why with the initiative of our new school Principal Mam
Anabel L. Alcantara gave a LAC Session about “ Stratehiya sa Pagtuturo ng Araling
Panlipunan”. It was scheduled on November 29, 2019, 1:00 PM at the Principal’s
Office.
The said sessions aims to give additional strategies among teachers in teaching
Araling Panlipunan for the learners to appreciate the said subject more.
After the prayer and food for thought, the session starts with a lecture given by Sir
Dumayas. He gave reading materials to the teachers and some activities which is
applicable in teaching Araling Panlipunan to make it more interesting to learners.
The session ends with a new ideas got by the teacher hoping that the new strategies
learned from the session will make their learners active in the said subject.

December 13, 2019 was scheduled as School LAC Session about Teaching Strategies
to Enhance Learner’s Achievement in Literacy and Numeracy Skills.
The Participants were the teachers of Faigal Elementary School.
Prayer were led by Mam Christine DG. Villanueva followed by the National Anthem
conducted by Mam Marjorie Barrera and a Food for thought which was given by Mam
Mary Grace R. Rapisora.
The seminar proper were discussed by Sir Emmanuel R. Madriaga. He prepared
activities in which the teachers enjoyed throughout the whole session.
The seminar ends with a picture taking as their documents and giving of certificates.

MINUTES OF LAC SESSION

Strategies Used in Differentiated Instructions is another LAC session which was

conducted on January 31, 2020. The participants are the teachers of Faigal
Elementary School.
Prayer was led by Mam Shiela DG. Carbonel and the National Anthem was conducted
by Mam Jo Ann C. Alaya-ay. And of course food for thought was inspired by Sir Rey
Emmanuel R. Madriaga.
The seminar was conducted inside the Grade I classroom. The speaker was Mam
Christine DG. Villanueva. She uses PowerPoint presentation in giving lecture. She also
prepared activities in the session which the teacher enjoyed.
After the session, certificates were distributed to those who participated in the session.
Picture taking was present also and the principal prepared some foods .;
