I MR UCHE ANTHONY IFEANYI a native of ENUGU EAST Local Government
Area of ENUGU STATE OF NIGERIA, a Christian and a citizen of the Federal
Republic of Nigeria residing at New Home Phase 1, Umuchigbo Iji-Nike,
Enugu East Local Government Area Enugu State, do herby make an
Oath and declare as follows;
1. That we are the deponent herein.
2. That we are the rightful owner of a piece of plot of land situate at
New Home Phase 1, Umuchigbo Iji-Nike, Enugu East Local
Government Area of Enugu of Enugu State of Nigeria
3. That all document submitted in respect of the said property are true
genuine and verifiable hence this affidavit.
4. That the said property is described in Survey plan number
dated day of bounded by
beacon numbers:
and of measuring approximately
square meters.
5. That the said plot of land is not in dispute.
6. That we STAND to be criminally liable for any forged/false
information contained in the document herein sub mitted to Enugu
Capital Territory Development Authority of Enugu State for
approval, hence this affidavit.
7. That this affidavit is needed for official and record purposes.
AND we make this solemn declaration sincerely and conscientiously,
believing same to be true and correct, to the best of our knowledge
and in accordance with the Oaths Act of 2004.
