Respectfully Sheweth,

l) That the petltioners are resldents of and reglstered voter member currently

fatlng irr Provincial Assembly ConsUtuencyPP-l l3 Falsalabad-XVtr as per the

prelimlnary delimitation proposals list published by Hon'ble Electron
Comrnission of Pakistan on 31.5.2022 (copy enclosed at Annex-A).

2) That as per prelimtnary delimitatlon proposals Provtncial Assembly

Consfltuency PP-113 Faisalabad-XVll has been delinnited strtctly ln accordance

wtth the principles of Delimltation as laid down in Secflon 20 of the Elecflon

Act, 2OL7 l.e. Cotnpach:russ, Territortol Untfu and. Un{ormiQ, Corusenienre oJ

general public.

3) That the Dellrnitation Committee has completed its task and dellrnited the
constituencies by applylng judicious and independent mind keeping ln view the

guidelines of Elecdons Act 2017. It is for the ffrst rlme in history of District
Faisalabad constituencies are dellmited wlthout consldering extrlnsic factors or

favourlng any particular person or group.

4) That the Delimitzeticrr Co..rnllttee prepared the prelimlnary propusal ior

Consfltuencies PP-113 Falgalabad-XVtr wherein, gcognphtcal coEpact[ess,

physlcal features, edsllng boundarles of admLalstratlvc unlts, facllltles of

g6''rrnrrnlsafloa, publlc convcnlencc and all othcr cognate factors are
compllcd and kept lntact/protected whlch frrlly eneurcd homogenelty in
creation of above said constituency as per tJre requirements of Section 20 of ttre

Electons Act,2Ol7 and Rule lO of Election Rule, 2017.

5) That petitioner and maJority of the reglstered voters of above men oned
consfltuencies are completely satisfled and fully support the prellmlnary

proposal of PP-113 Falsalabad-XVll, however there is every likelihood that

people of vested interests for their polltlcal beneflts may challenge the
prelimtnary proposals prepared by Dellmltation Committee and published by

honourable ElecUon Comrnission of Paldstan in order to achieve ulterlor

mo0ves whlch is not waranted by law on tnter alia amongst other grounds,

a. That notice to and hearing the petittoners and other registered voters of
PP-113 Falsalabad-XVll ls requirement by virtue of legal ma:dm Audi
Altcram Poftem. all lnterested voters of the mentloned consfltuencies

shall be provided opportunity of betng heard.

b. That the prellninary proposals of Delimitaflon Comrntftsg as published

by Elecflon Q6mrnlssi611 of Paldstan have been prepared strictly ln
accordance with law and convenience of respondent No.2,

c. That the Dellmltatlon Commlttee has exercised lts Jurisdiction vested in

it under the law.

d. That preliminary proposals prepared by tJle Delimitatlon Comrnittee has
resulted ln great service to Jusuce and convenlence to the voters of two

consUtuerrcles.

e. That the preliminar5r proposals have been prepared carefr:Ily after

thorouglr consideratlon of all the required factors, and is based on
grotrnd realifles and according to law.

6) That valuable rights of the petitioner and other inhabitants/voters of Provinclal

Assembly Consdtuency PP- l l3 Falsalabad-XVll are attached in the lnstant
case and in case any representaton ls llled against ttrese preliminaryproposals,

petifloners shall have the right to be heard in the best interest ofjus ce

7) That Hon'ble Comrnlssion is fully powers under section 4 and 21 of the

Elecflons Act, 2Ol7 to entertaln the lnstant representation.

8) That this Honble Commission is empowered under Sec on 4 of the Elecflons

Act 2Ol7 to do complete Jusflce and to do all the acts necessarJr where no
provlslon or sufficient provision odsts.

PRAYER

In the view of above mentioned clrcumstances tt is humbly requested that this

Hon'ble Commlssion may very graciously approve the preltminary proposal of PP-

ll3 Falsalabad-XVll published vide notlffcadon dated on 3l-5-2O22 and may be

pleased to declare and publish the same in flnal list of consUtuencles.

It is firrther prayed that this Honble Commisslon may very graciously provided tlre

opportunity of hearlng to the pedfloners ln cas€ the prellminary proposal of PP-

I 13 Falsalabad-Xvll is challenged before the Hon ble Comrnlssion by arry

reglstered voter.
