Overview of Training Requirements in FOS
• All new lab users in FOS are required to fulfill the following training requirements as relevant.

FOS Safety Orientation Completion Certificate

1. Upon completion of all relevant safety training, submit a copy of completed and
duly-signed Science Safety Orientation Programme Checklist to the Safety &
Health Coordinator of your respective department.

2. Certificates of Completion will be uploaded to FOS Safety Sharepoint (intranet)


after verification of the submitted checklists.

3. You are required to retrieve your certificate from FOS Safety Sharepoint and pass
a copy to your lab’s safety lead for record purpose.
