Training Routines
Read before training
The following routines are meant to be played every day, in order to provide an efficient
practice. The minimum required for each routine is 25 minutes a day.
There are two routines separated into two different maps. After entering each map you will
see portals leading to each scenario that are listed below. Head to the scenario you would like
to train in, and shoot the start button - a timer will start.
You will get an item at the start and at the end of the scenario.
This item is used by NOVOS to understand what scenario you’re currently working on.
To see how to use NOVOS’s platform to get scores and leaderboard please refer to the FAQ.
The routines are divided into 25 minutes, 40 minutes and 60 minutes. You should follow the
one you feel comfortable with according to your time and goals. An hour of training is great but
it’s not worth it if you’re going to get burnt out after two days. Consistency is key to success.
Feel free to use hipfire only, ADS1 only, or a mix of both. You want to train while maximizing
your damage output, so your decision to ADS or to hipfire matters!
