 Daal, 2 rotis and vegetable; or
 Rajma or Chola with 2 rotis; or
 Chicken and 2 rotis (Once a week)
Dinner:
 Oatmeal; or
 2 Rotis and Vegtable; or
 Chicken and 2 rotis (Once a week)
