DAY WISE DIET PLAN

MONDAY:
Morning Drink: Lemon with warm water.
Breakfast: 3 boiled eggs without yolk.
Mid-Morning: Fruits (Papaya+Apple+Watermelon).
Lunch: 1 roti + Daal +Vegetable.
Evening Drink: Green Tea + Gur.
After Workout: Protien Shake.
Dinner: 1 roti +Vegetable.

TUESDAY:
Morning Drink: Lemon with warm water.
Breakfast: Poha.
Mid-Morning: Idli Sambhar.
Lunch: 1 roti + Daal +Vegetable.
Evening Drink: Green Tea + Gur.
After Yoga: Oatmeal.
Dinner: 1 roti +Vegetable.

WEDNESDAY:
Morning Drink: Lemon with warm water.
