Differentiation
This product includes 150 differentiated math worksheets aligned to the 1st grade common core. The
worksheets are differentiated into 3 levels to match the needs of the individual learner to his or her
current level of understanding. This allows the teacher to present the same content to students at
various stages of mastery. The skill level is indicated by 1, 2, or 3 stars in the top right-hand corner
of each worksheet. One star worksheets are useful for students who need extra scaffolding to help
them reach the learning target, two star worksheets are helpful for students who are beginning to
grasp the concept, and three star worksheets are intended to challenge students who are
demonstrating proficiency.
