Agenda of the Meeting :

1. To discuss the enrolment key stage(dropped-out rate, school


learners).

2. To discuss the best practices of the school in the previous school


year. The programs and projects implemented in the previous
year.

3. Discuss the status of the modules and other supplies.


4. Discuss the different proposed programs and projects.

5. Discussed the programs, projects and activities on quality and


governance.
6. To discuss the involvement of the community to the
barriers/bottlenecks of the school

SMEPA ORIENTATION
Bilogo Elementary School conducted an Orientation about SMEPA (School
Monitoring Evaluation and Plan Adjustments) on May 25, 2021 at 8:30 in the morning.

The said activity is done to orient the teaching force of BES for the incoming virtual
presentation of SMEPA with the technical assistance of Emiteria B. Villamor, Ed.D. our
school district supervisor.

Our school principal Edna E. Falcunitin, inform as on how the presentation should be
done accordingly to the prepared program of the school. She reminds as also to get prepared
enough for the said activity. The presentation will be held on May 28, 2021 as early as 1:00
in the afternoon via google meet.
After an hour of collaborative discussion with colleague the orientation was done
successfully.

SMEPA PRESENTATION
As early as 12:00 in the morning participants are already signing in using the Google
Meet link provided for the training. This is a sign that teachers have never ending
commitment to deliver quality education in any situations. The program started at exactly
12:30 in the afternoon with a prayer lead by Mrs Marites M. Dimayuga, Teacher 3. It was
followed by an opening remarks given by Mrs. Glecy Lyn A. Ebreo, Master Teacher 1. The
welcome remarks was given by Mrs. Edna E. Falcunitin. Principal 1.

The teachers’ passion to serve our pupils was build up by an inspirational message
given by Mrs. Emiteria B. Villamor, Schools District Supervisor. After this we proceed to the
presentation proper. The said activity is done accordingly to the prepared school program.

After an hour of collaborative presentation with colleague the activity was done
successfully.
