Dear IELTS Investigations Team,

I am writing this email in response to the investigation of my IELTS test results takes on July 7 th, 2022.

I was confused and annoyed by the time I received that email notification. One reason was that I was
informed about the long-lasting process of the investigation without explaining any further purpose in
details, and another reason was I needed the test results in order to enter abroad university before the
Winter term in December 2022 starts, at least 3 months in advance. Time is passing and I have not
submitted any required documents to complete the compulsory procedure because IELTS is one of the
materials that is strongly required.

In case that any of my skills scores were disparate with others, leading to a suspicion that I have cheated
on the exam, then I hope I can clarify that the gap among the four skillset is totally a norm as we are all
human, the imperfection appears to be just right. Besides, there are piles of external reasons for this
situation such as catching strange topics in the exam day, not in the mood for tests or distractions. And
they are all acceptedly understandable. In addition, with the strict examination process, there is no
chance that candidates are able to cheat on the exam.

It is so unfair that test takers on any date have to face this randomly. As for the delay in receiving IELTS
results, many people are being stolen the opportunities for work and study. I believe this process will
not last long and hope that all candidates can get their results as soon as possible.
