Analysis
The results of this simulation show that the revenue tends to be around 29,500 only. The
changes in territory count also does not have much impact on it. This could be due to: -
1. Two of the three types of stores require regular visit, weekly (A and B).
2. The distribution of each type of stall in each territory is roughly the same.
3. The territory reallocation has been done through arbitrary assumptions.
4. The objective of the allocation was to allocate equal resources in each territory and not
revenue enhancement.
5. The territories of the north-west are acting as deadweight with no contribution to
revenue. They just take up the time of the visits.
6. The territories adjust among themselves allocating to particular regions. These
adjustments are mostly beyond the control of the simulation and no proper conclusion
can be interpolated before the allocation. The numbers don’t have the necessary impact
expected.
