source of essential merchandise.

The store sells affordable consumable goods and household materials, including hygiene and laundry products,
o ce supplies, condiments, and kitchen supplies. Products and materials sold within the store range from 50¢ to
$100.

99 Convenience Store targets to provide its products to low-income households within Many, LA, and its

The company’s competition are the following:

1. Rush and Go
The store has been in the market for over eight years with three branches within Louisiana. The store offers
mid-priced consumable goods and essential products and bills’ payment kiosks.

2. Burton’s
Commonly located in high-income neighborhoods, the store offers brand name products at a higher price
point. The store sells essentials including but not limited to food, toiletries, and hygiene products.

The store will focus on attracting the attention of locals within Many, LA, and its neighboring communities
through discount coupons and voucher. Moreover, the store will also use print advertising, speci cally posters and
brochures, that will be distributed to big establishments surrounding the community.

Operational Plan
The store will be located near Texaco gas station at Roguski Road in Many, LA. The store covers a total of 1,346
sq. ft. oor space and will include facilities including a stock room, comfort room, and a small admin room at the
back.
