A language is a structured system of communication. Language, in a broader sense, is the method of communication
that involves the use of – particularly human – languages. The scientific study of language is called linguistics.

2.1. Can animals communicate?

Animals communicate  using signals, which  can  include visual; auditory, or sound-based; chemical, involving
pheromones; or tactile, touch-based, cues.  Communication  behaviors  can  help  animals  find mates, establish
dominance, defend territory, coordinate group behavior, and care for young.

As the researchers note, no  monkeys  or apes have ever been able to  produce  sounds like human speech, even when
