POLICY FOR IMPARTIALITY

The xyz Lab. will maintain a work environment that will be free from any pressure or
influence from any source whether internal or external (i.e. based on ownership,
governance, management, personnel, shared resources, finances, contracts,
marketing (including branding), and payment of a sales commission or other
inducement for the referral of new customers, etc.)

Any interested external party will communicate with the Laboratory through
Laboratory Head (Manager QA) only.

The xyz lab. will not utilize any resource whether human or intellectual from the
other departments of the Organization.

Laboratory Head (Manager QA) is authorized to communicate directly to the top

management the issue(s) related to laboratory performance and any other influence
related concerns.

Laboratory Head (Manager QA) will continually monitor the activities of Laboratory
Staff and will immediately report to top management in case of any risk to
impartiality that may arise from any internal or external party, identified to take
actions accordingly.
