Please Note:
1 Above table shows base fare levels and applicable fuel surcharge(YQ) if any.
2 Other taxes like Aviation Security Fee (ASF), CUTE charges (CUTE), User Development Fee (UDF), Passenger service Fee (PSF) and Goods and Service tax (GST) will be charged at different airports as mentioned in Table B
3 Flexible fares available at additional amount, please refer to akasaair.com for further terms and conditions.
4 Cancellation Fees:
Departure within 0 to 3 days – INR 3500 or 100% of the airfare charges, whichever is lower.
Departure 4 days and more- INR 3000 or 100% of the airfare charges, whichever is lower.
5 Change Fees:
Departure within 0 to 3 days - INR 3000/- + difference in Base Fare / Taxes
Departure on the 4th day or later - INR 2500/- + difference in Base Fare / Taxes
6 “No-Show Charges” means the amount of Tariff that will be retained by Akasa Air in the event of a No-Show, excluding Airport Charges. The Airport Charges may be refunded to Customers in accordance with the Conditions of Carriage.
7 Any Customer failing to report at the boarding gate within the aforesaid timelines shall be treated as a “Gate No-Show”. And No Show Charges will be collected by Akasa Air.
8 A Transaction Fee of 3.5% on Base Fare may be applicable, if booked through a travel agent.
9 Convenience fee of Rs 350 is additionally charged on transaction done on Website, APP, contact centre and airport reservation offices.
10 A fee of INR 1,500 per infant will be charged to any passenger who is travelling with infant.
