Being in nature, or even witnessing scenes of nature, decreases anger, fear, and tension while increasing pleasant sensations, according to my observations from day one to day ten. Nature not only improves my mental well-being, but it also improves my physical well-being by lowering blood pressure, heart rate, muscular tension, and the generation of stress hormones.
2. Would you like to continue doing it? Why or why not?
Yes, since nature helps in my recovery from stress and lets me forget about my daily concerns. It also makes me feel happier. Lower blood pressure and a more stable heart rate are two of the side effects. Nature also has the benefit of getting people outside and allowing individuals to engage with one another.
