Setup and configure common data environment as per project requirements Phase 2 - Design phase 1. Creation of Topography Mode! + Creating Site topography model based on data received from LIDAR scans/survey data/geographical soil investigation reports 2. LOD 200 Tender Design Modelling + Creation of LOD 200 BIM Model ~ The model of all disciplines will be a direct representation of the Tender Drawings. Considering the model being developed for the initial 2D drawings received. Discipline — Architectural + Structural ONLY 3. LOD 300 Detailed Design Modelling + Creation of LOD 300 BIM Model - The model of all disciplines will be a direct representation of the Design Drawings developed at 100% DD Stage. Considering the model being developed for the initial 2D drawings received. + LOD 300 Detailed Design model will be evolved from the LOD 200 Tender Design model developed, based on the inputs given by the Client’s Design Consultant/Design Team + Discipline — Architectural + Structural + MEPF. 4, Rebar Modelling + Modelling reinforcement members of the RCC elements as per design inputs given by the structural consultant + The model shall be a direct representation of the design drawings 5. Clash Detection and Coordinated Model Creation, * Coordinating with the consultants to ensure a clash free model. Generation of Clash Detection Reports to be shared with the design consultant and Client. + Weekly coordination meetings with all design consultants to resolve clashes in design along with reports of constructability analysis, + Discipline - Architectural + Structural + MEPF 6. Generation of 2D Design Drawings and 2D Reinforcement Detail Drawings (2D Generated from BIM Model) + Preparation of Drawings (2D Generated from BIM Model) - With Annotation and Dimensions ~ As per requirement from site + (Scales - 1:200,1:100, 1:50 for Plans and 1:: per requirement, + Discipline - Architectural + Structural + MEPF 7. Quantities extraction + The quantities of modelled components would be extracted and a comparison with the quantities provided by the consultant and the quantities generated by the model would be created. LOD 400 Modelling ~ Construction Stage Updates in the Model * The model shall be an information-based representation of the shop drawings. Considering the model being developed for the initially developed LOD 300 BIM model. Inclusive of Clash Detection and Coordination, incorporation of RFs, Site Instructions, Engineers Instructions ete. and support in the entire project construction duration for required updates, + Discipline - Architectural + Structural + MEPF 2. Generation of 2D Shop Drawings (2D Generated from BIM Model), as required + Preparation of Drawings (2D Generated from BIM Model) - With Annotation and Dimensions as per requirement from site. + (Seales - 1:200,1:100, 1:50 for Plans and 1:25/1:20 for Sections/Blevations) ~ to be generated as per requirement. * Discipline - Architectural + Structural + MEPF 3. Coordination on Site using BIM Models 4, Complete BIM process management — as outlined in the Employer’s BIM Manual + BIM Coordination Meetings These weekly meetings shall serve as a primary platform to get the issues resolved, setting a transparent communication loop among the design consultants and client through better visibility through BIM Model. The coordination meetings shall take a round-up of the progress made with regards to the design, BIM modelling and highlight the future dates and deadlines of the deliverables. 5. Quantity Tracking + Extraction of construction stage quantities and comparison with design stage quantities for tracking variation - quantities from site and model. Phase 4 - Digital Project Management 1 Generation of Planned 4D Simulation: Planned Simulation showcasing the progress of construction with reference to the submitted Construction Schedule in the form of a video consisting of the 3D model. Client to provide the Construction Schedule. 2.Generation of Planned SD Simulation: Addition of cost data into the construction schedule through quantities generated from the BIM model. Major construction elements to be covered. 3.Generation of Planned v/s Actual 4D Simulation — Updating the status of works in the schedule and providing the Planned vis Actual 4D Simulation on a biweekly basis. The initial construction schedule to be received from the client. Assuming no changes in the project baseline or construction schedule, 4.Generation of Planned v/s Actual SD Simulation - For major construction items planned vs actual achieved quantities / cost that is SD updates will also be provided. Items include Concrete, Brickwork, flooring, Ducting and plumbing installations. Rebar calculated as a percentage of concrete 5.Generation of progress dashboards for tracking and reporting. Phase 5 - As-Built and Handover 1. Software + All. works shall be done using Best n class software after confirming the same by DRAIPL All deliverables will be in format as required by DRAIPL. ‘Any update in model as per requirement of NHSRCL or DRAIPL will be provided by Techture ‘© Updates in design after submission of model which would require the model to be updated. 2. Drone & Ground Penetration Radar (GPR) Important points: + All necessary permissions & NOC for Drone & GPR survey to be obtained by Techture + One personnel from DRAIPL side will be present on site at all times during Drone & GPR survey. + GPR shall clearly identify the utilities up to 6mitr. depth. + GPR report showing all the identified utilities up to 6 mir, including its type and material using underground utility detector will be submitted to DRAIPL by Techture. + Effective grid spacing shall be based on the requirement at site 3. Digital Outputs Techture Structures Pvt Ltd will provide high quality digital outputs in the form of videos, 3D Models and images subject to hardware and technological limitations 4, Staff compliance The agency shall timely update and maintain a hard bound register recording the weekly progress reports of the BIM works carried out by the assigned team at project ste 5. Liquidated damages: Liquidated damages amounting to 5% per month of the total amount. 6. Duration for Completion of Work Assigned + As the project duration is $4 months but if there is any extension in the project duration then 5} the scope of work will be same as actual. 7. Provision of drawings DRAIPL will provide all required drawings which are require in order to complete the work 8. Payments + Payment will be against submission of invoice as per attached payment matrix. Payment will be released within 15-20 days from the submission of invoice. 9. Retention money The retention money will be 10% on each invoice. EJ 10. Termination of Agreement DRAIPL may terminate the work contract for whatever the reason at any time with a notice of 30 days, the party shall abide to the same and vacate the project site as per the instruction of [3 DRAITPI anthority Further halance work will he carried ont at a risk & cast of the agenev 11. Arbitration & Dispute Any dispute, if any arise, shall be discussed mutually and decision of Chairman, DRAIPL will be final and acceptable. 12, Force Majeure In case of force majeure, neither M/s DRAIPL nor we, shall be liable or deemed to be in default in the performance of their obligations to the extent that performance of such obligations delayed, hindered or prevented by reasons which include Acts of God or any cause or condition beyond the control or remedy and not due to the negligence or fault of either party or the Government including but not limited to blockage or embargo, civil disorder or uprising, earthquake, fire, epidemic, flood, insurrection, invasion, lockout, rebellion, riot, general strike and war. 13. Indemnification The agency shall indemnify DRAIPL and DRAIPL’s employer of the project from implications of any failure of the agency to adhere all the statutory laws & regulations. The agency shall indemnify the DRAIPL & DRAIPL’s employer of the project from implications of any accidents/injuries/casualties/damages to resources due to negligence or duties of the agency. All the terms & conditions mentioned in this offer are abiding to the Agency unconditionally.
