Step1. In the original case click “Clone” to create a new case.

Step 2. In the new case complete the taxonomy:

Queue always <VL EOC CASA>.

The rest of the taxonomy use the same than in the original case, except for Revenue. Put always
Revenue Type “Non-revenue”

Parental Case: Lead Case Number.

VERY IMPORTANT
-Flip Suppress Notification to Yes and make sure that Sox Case is marked as No

We have to be 100% sure that no automatic notification is sent to the partner when we create the
cloned cases, and no Magnum is required as it has already been done in the original case for Lead
and all tenants.

Step 3. Click “Save” to save the changes

The new case will be created with case number 5-000000XXXXXXX_ogininal case number
Step 4. At the beginning of the title enter “CMT_” and save the changes.

Step 5. Close the case by clicking “Resolve”

Repeat above steps 1 to 5 to create as many cases as tenants.
