The teasing of employees or other students can be seen as a normal thing when in the real
sense it can be a microaggression. Statements that touch on some stereotypes about
someone's ethnic group when directed to one may be used to tease them but still offend
them. This can make someone hate the colleague who teased them reducing teamwork and
coordination between them. Also, it may create conflicts between one and their colleagues
who are fond of teasing them.

C. Prevention of workplace bullying can be done through the promotion of a positive culture
in the workplace. When the culture upholds respect to other employees and their beliefs
then employees will seek to work peacefully and less or no cases of bullying will be
experienced.
There is also a need to take reports on bullying very seriously. This ensures that the firm
takes stun actions on those found bullying other employees. It seeks to promote zero
tolerance for bullying and harassment.
