The internship I did with [Nand systems] was a tremendous opportunity


for knowledge and career growth. As a result, I feel myself really
honoured to have been given the opportunity to take advantage of it. I am
also pleased to have the opportunity to have met so many excellent
individuals and professionals who guided me during this internship time.

Keeping in mind the possible consequences, I would really like to take this
opportunity to express my wholehearted gratitude and special thanks to the
Dealership Owner of Benling and Evtric (Naveen sir and kumar sir), who,
despite being incredibly busy with their duties, took the time to hear,
guide, and keep me on the right track, enabling me to carry out my project
at their prestigious company and extending during the training.

INTRODUCTION TO THE PROBLEM / OBJECTIVE OF


STUDY
As the brand Benling has more say in the market than Evtric we wanted to
know how it would benefit keeping two brands in a multi-showroom
which sales would be blowing and how it is helping the franchise owners
make a profit

LIMITATIONS
TIME TAKING: More face-to-face interviews and questionnaires to be
conducted which takes up a lot of time.
IRRITATIONG: Checking up, follow back on customers is required for
some of the information which will be disturbing to some of the existing
customers.
RAPOT: Why you anyone person working in the company speak ill about
the same brand they are serving, building up rapot with colleagues is
required.

BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE STUDY


As the introduction already specifies why keep a well known company in
competition with a not very well known company. The difference between
them and how are they being sold across the branches owned by Nand
system.

INTRODUCTION TO THE COMPANY


Nand system was found by respected K. Naveen and G.V.N Shoban sir on
2010 electrical contracts as a social awareness as “GO GREEN AND GO
ELECTRIC” and further years started the showroom franchise with
dealership of Benling a Japanese technology proving electricity powered
scooters possible in 2019 and is thinking to provide sales of electrically
powered trucks and is now providing sales of two different companies one
of which we already discussed Beling and the other company known as
Evtric which has 20 years’ experience in automobiles field and has
dwelled to start the process of made in india from past two years.

MISSION AND VISON


Mission: aims to make our INDIA pollute free and a responsible nation
towards the green and clean environment. We are at the stage where strict
action is needed towards the conservation of flora, fauna, and wildlife.
Vision: More than five plants and 40+ staff are dedicated to one goal to
provide a clean and green solution to our Indian commuters.
RESERCH METHODOLOGY

Research design
The research design is exploratory in nature. A questionnaire was designed
to study nand system customers. A lot of responses were collected. The
study focused more on new benling customers ie, customers who bought
Activa after the launch of evtric, which has been more popular around the
showroom

Data collection from primary source:

A primary data source is an original data source, that is, one in which the
data are collected firsthand by the researcher for a specific purpose or
project.

The primary data consists of the responses to the questionnaire by the


electric scooter customers in the respected showroom and interviews.

Data collection from secondary source:


Secondary data was collected from sources including the company
website. The product brochure was also used to study the technical
specifications and features of the product. Society of Indian Automobile
Manufacturers (SIAM) website was used to wely the industry trend and
market share.

it refers to the data collected by someone other than the user, which meant
the data is already available and analyzed by someone else. Common
sources of the secondary data sources include various published data,
books, magazines, newspaper, internet articles, etc. A secondary data can
be published and unpublished data. secondary data for my report is
collected from published data like files, company website, internet.

BENLING EVTRIC

As a part of the analysis this is analysis showroom ambiance compared


with showroom visitors, whether the ambiance, the sales executives play
any role in influencing the customers to buy a certain scooter of a certain
brand.

BENLING EVTRIC

The above are the main reasons to buy the electric scooters (Brand name,
mileage, features, comfort, friend’s suggestions, based on market demand.)
and in every good way Benling and Evtric are competing as in case of
mileage, features and comfort.
CONCLUSION

From these 4 weeks of exposure, I have gained a lot of confidence when


speaking to customers and while feedbacking them and I have been doing
research on the competition between the two franchises the nand system
owns. These tasks have been fruitful as no intermediate research is needed
when preparing the data for analysis. Building a good environment is also
part of the internship with new colleagues and who they solve problems
together as a unit
