I, Create a mnemonic device to remember the different theories affecting motivation

identified herein.

II. Essay. Explain in at least 5 sentences the adage, “Different strokes for different
folks.”.

"Different Strokes for Different Folks." I believe that this adage tried to explain
that humans are not equipped with equal levels of expertise, assertiveness, and
determination, therefore, directing everyone on the same path might not be the most
effective method for achieving set goals. Understanding everyone's expertise,
difference, and advancement level would aid in selecting leadership styles. Moreover,
we can help treat these people based on their abilities so that they are not overwhelmed
by things that are more difficult. I believe that the message of this adage is that we
should treat these people equally but let's not expect and compare that if others can do
it, they can do it too. Let us treat them fairly based on their abilities and help them grow
not for us but for them and their future.
