10. Please provide a comment to let the student know of any weakness they can work on, and/or any strength to
commend:

Courtney is an exemplary student in the clinic. She is a dedicated member of the clinical dosimetry
team and contributes in completing the overall workload of the department in whatever cases she is
assigned. she has helped with comparison cases for research purposes. she is able to follow clinical
plans from start to finish, also modifying clinical treatment plans when modifications are needed. she
is operating at a proficiency of a entry level staff dosimetrist even though she is only through 2
semesters of her clinical rotation. I think Courtney will make a very talented medical dosimetrist and I
would be happy to have someone like her on our staff in dosimetry. She will only get stronger skills
and gain a better understanding of clinical dosimetry with more time in the classroom and the clinic.
