10. Please provide a comment to let the student know of any weakness they can work on, and/or any strength to
commend:

Tenzin is taking on more difficult RapidArc cases and is doing very well. We are impressed with the
quality of her planning. She is also a good communicator as she works in the clinic and over email.
We are working on 3D planning to firm up her understanding as she continues to work very hard. The
progress Tenzin has made is remarkable.
