SURVEYING WORK AS PART OF DUE DILIGENCE REPORT AT LOT 1902, LOT 1903,
LOT 1904, LOT 1905, AND LOT 1906, MUKIM KLANG, DAERAH KLANG, SELANGOR
DARUL EHSAN FOR DAIWA HOUSE MALAYSIA LOGISTIC (M) SDN BHD
- Quotation For Demarcation, Detail and Spot Level Survey

With reference to the above, we are pleased to invite you to submit the quotation for the
abovementioned works: -

Scope of Works

i) Demarcation Survey to determine the external boundaries of the lots. The approximate size
of the 5 lots combined is 25 acres.

ii) Details and spot level survey to pick-up all visible salient features existing within the
immediate vicinity including all the structural beams, columns, etc. Spot levels shall be taken
at suitable interval. The invert levels of existing drains and sectional details of drain shall
also be included.

iii) Planting of two (2) TBM.

The completed survey plan shall be prepared on the scale of not less than 1:500 that can fit into an A1
size paper. Five (5) sets of endorsed hard copy and one (1) soft copy (in Autocad format) shall be
submitted.

You are also required to submit the Implementation Schedule from the date of official letter of award
including mobilization, site works plan preparation etc.

We enclosed herewith a copy of the site plan for your information. We expect to receive the quotation
from your side latest by 8 August 2022.
