A. ARCHITECTURAL SCOPE OF WORKS

1) ascertaining the client’s objectives, brief and constraints for the development (subject to finding
of town planner)

2) advising on general building layout concept.

B. CIVIL & STRUCTURAL ENGINEER’S SCOPE OF WORKS

To assist in obtaining Preliminary Pre-Consultation’s consent / comments from relevant Local Authority
as required;

i. Air Selangor (Water Works Dept.)


ii. IWK (Sewerage)
iii. JPS (Irrigation Dept.)

C. TOWN PLANNING SCOPE OF WORK

1) To assist in obtaining Preliminary Pre-Consultation’s consent / comments from relevant Local


Authority as required;
i. Land Office
ii. Planning Dept of MBSA

2) To get information regarding planning requirement, access and etc.

D. MECHANICAL & ELECTRICAL ENGINEER’S SCOPE OF WORKS

To assist in obtaining Preliminary Pre-Consultation’s consent / comments from relevant Approving


Authorities as required;

i. TNB (Electricity)
ii. SKMM (Telecommunication)

E. SURVEYOR SCOPE OF WORKS

1) Demarcation Survey to determine the external boundaries of the lots.


2) Details and spot level survey to pick-up all visible salient features existing within the immediate
vicinity including all the structural beams, columns, etc. Spot levels shall be taken at suitable
interval. The invert levels of existing drains and sectional details of drain shall also be included.
3) Preparation of the survey drawing showing the scale co-ordinates of the plot boundary;
4) Planting of two (2) TBM.

G. CONSULTATION FEE PROPOSAL

Our proposed consultancy fee is lump sum of RM 49,926.00 (Ringgit Malaysia Forty Nine Thousand
Nine Hundred and Twenty Six only) inclusive 6% of SST.
