One hundred percent (100%) attendance of the participants is expected. Jambalos, EPS-II Since the venue shall be in the Municipal Gymnasium, Gloria District, through the PSDS, is requested to provide additional support in the preparation of the venue, and designation of ushers/usherettes during the arrival and registration of participants. Further, everyone is reminded of the following: a. Strict adherence to proper physical distancing and safety protocols during the meeting is expected from everyone. b. Participants shall be in smart casual attire. Strictly no wearing of maong jeans, revealing/body-hugging outfits, fitflops, and other inappropriate attire. c. Vaccination cards of participants must be presented upon registration/health check. Anyone experiencing flu-like symptoms or those who have recent exposure to COVID-19 are discouraged to join the activity. d. In case of approved leave of absences of the expected participants on the same date of the meeting, Head Teachers/Department Heads may attend as representatives of the school heads in coordination with the PSDSs. No registration fee shall be collected from the participants. Expenses relative to the conduct of this activity such as food, venue rental and preparation, and other logistical needs during the program shall be charged against Division MOOE, while travel and other incidental expenses of the participants shall be charged against school MOOE subject to the usual government accounting and auditing rules and regulations.
