Greetings from SDO Isabela.

This has reference to your letter requesting San Mateo National High School,
San Mateo, Isabela to adopt the Alternative Work Arrangement (AWA) of
school personnel due to public health emergency brought about the
COVID19 pandemic.

Regarding the present condition, this Office hereby approves the request to
adopt Alternative Work Arrangement (AWA) from October 20 to November 4,
2021 following strictly the minimum health and safety protocols of the IATF.

All personnel under Work From Home (WFH) shall submit their daily
individual accomplishment reports. All personnel exposed to COVID-19
positive shall strictly follow health protocols in close coordination with the
Local Health Office. Informing further to comply all policies and guidelines
issued by the Local and National IATF.
