Protecting the health of the breeding and broiler stock in this unit from diseases transmitted by people
and fomites is utmost important. Therefore, admission will be granted only to persons who can fully
comply with all of the following requirements:

1. ​Visitors must have business need specific to the unit that cannot be concluded without entry.
If
the visitor is not part of the Company or Department Pyramid, an entry form signed by the
Directors of the Company is needed before a visit is allowed.

2. All Visitors who are already within the Department Pyramid must observe no less than 12 hours
of pig, poultry and livestock down time if the farm previously visited is a GREEN TAG Farm.
Must have absolutely no contact with poultry from any other source during the preceding 12
hours. If visitor works in a poultry farm or facilities outside of Mindanao or has visited any
poultry farm or facilities in Luzon, down time is 72 hours. If the previous farm visited is a RED
TAG Farm, 72 hours down time is required before a visit to a GREEN TAG FARM is allowed
unless the next farm to be visited is also a RED TAG FARM. Please see rules on Bio Security
Matrix.

3. If the visitor lives in the Philippines and has not visit any farms or poultry facilities including
hatchery, feed mill, livestock and poultry farms, dressing plant, processing plant or any
facilities that handle poultry meat but is outside the Company Pyramid, the downtime is 72
hours as the Philippines. If the Visitor is from the Philippines but outside the Company
Pyramid and has been to poultry farms and other poultry facilities as describe above, the down
time is SEVEN days.

4. If the visitor is from an Avian Influenza Positive country as declared by OIE, there should be a
SEVEN day down time from any poultry and livestock farm and poultry facilities like feed
mill, processing or hatchery plants or the wet market. Furthermore the visitor has to be in the
Philippines at least 72 hours before the actual visit. The visitor must present his passport with
duly immigration entry stamp. In signing the Entry Book visitors must identify the location of
the last poultry and livestock contact if it is anything less than seven days.

5. ​International visitors outside the Company pyramid will be put up in a hotel before the visit.
On the day of arrival such visitors will be presented with the bio security rules for Farm entry
to ensure compliance. On the day of the farm visit, Bounty Fresh Food will provide clothing to
the visitor/s. The visitor shall shower in their hotel room; change into clothing and footwear
provided by Bounty Fresh Food, then travel to the farm or facilities with a Bounty
representative.

6. ​All must not cohabiting or had other sustained contact during the preceding 12 hours with and
person(s) who have frequent poultry contact.

7. ​All must wear footwear that has never been in contact with a pig, poultry, and livestock farm
other than those within the Company units. Alternatively, all international visitor’s footwear to
travel to the barn will be provided by Bounty.

8. ​If travelling in a vehicle that visits other poultry farms, biosecurity rules for such vehicle must
be observed. No visitor shall use a vehicle that has visit other poultry farm for the last 12
hours. Such visitor will be pick up by a vehicle of Bounty in a designated venue and shall bring
him to the site.

9. ​Clothing worn to the farm must be freshly laundered daily. Visitors must change to new
clothes everyday.

10. ​All must leave their jackets, pants, shirt, and footwear in the decontamination area of the
farm. Outerwear, underwear and socks in the locker room of the dirty area. All personnel
entering the farms must shower in to enter any farms even if the visit is only at the farm office.

11. ​Must fumigate all items being brought into the farm. All people cannot bring any jewellery,
camera, mobile phones, wallets and other personal items into the restricted area of the farm.

12. ​Must shower thoroughly with particular emphasis on all hair and clean thoroughly under
fingernails with the brush provided. Shower must be no less than five minutes duration to
ensure the visitor is thoroughly clean.

13. ​Must wear in the clean, intermediate and restricted, only garments provided on the unit side
of the shower.

14. ​Must agree to specifically identify ANY items being brought into the unit. Permission to
bring these items into the unit shall be at the discretion of the management and / or Bounty
veterinarian. Items that have ever been in contact with poultry must observe at least 12 hours
of poultry free time at greater than 26°C (room temperature) and are subject to complete
disinfection and dry down when they arrive at the unit.

15. ​Must agree to have all items being brought into the unit, except cook food containers, either
fumigated or wiped with disinfectant by unit personnel. No item that has ever been in contact
with poultry that cannot be practically fumigated or disinfected, (i.e. paper products), can be
brought into the unit under any circumstances.

16. ​Must certify that any food container has never been in contact with poultry except at this
unit.
17. ​Must agree that any container and food is placed in the refrigerator immediately upon entry
into the unit, all poultry and pork meat must be supplied by the company and all beef products
are to be purchase from a supermarket and not in the wet market. No poultry or pork product to
be purchase outside even if they are bought in the supermarket.

18. ​Must not knowingly be infected with or shedding salmonella or Campylobacter, or be


acutely and severely ill with respiratory or gastrointestinal disease(s) or unknown cause.

19. ​ ust not knowingly be infected with or shedding Influenza. Persons positively diagnose

with Influenza or pneumonia should not enter the unit.

By signing the Entry Book, you are declaring full compliance and accepting ALL and TOTAL
liability for any damages incurred by Bounty Fresh Food as a result of any breach of these
requirements. The unit Manager reserves the right to refuse entry or ask any visitor to vacate the unit
if there is a reason to suspect that the security has been breached.
