RE: Answer to Demand Letter.

Dear Mr. Molaer:

I have received your letter dated June 17, 2022 with regard to my non-payment of my
more than (3) monthly housing loan amortizations with your client Home Development
Mutual Fund (Pag-IBIG Fund). However, I have a strong objection regarding the
characterization of my manner of dealing with your verbal and written demands for payment,
citing them as “unreasonable.” This accusation couldn't have been further from the truth, as
that particular adjective is more fitting for the actions of your client Pag-IBIG Fund.

For instance, you mention that your client has sent “repeated reminders, verbal and
written” to me for the payment of the housing loans. This is a blatant lie, as your client has
only sent a single reminder for payment, never bothering to furnish me again with the same
until this demand letter from your office came. This practice of your client is disingenuous
and goes against the principles of honesty in government service. To follow this line of
thought to its logical conclusion, one can posit that the furnishing of a formal demand letter
upon my person is predicated on a grand deception, and therefore should be disallowed.

WIth regard to the payment of the loan, rest assured that the same will be fulfilled.
But the resort to these tactics is foul and could be the basis for future legal action from me if
continued.

Thank you and God Bless!
