regards to Seeking Help, Support and Insight. I'm Mr.S.Jabez Kirubakaran.M.A.M.A., S/o Mr.S.Stephen
Masilamani residence of 15/77, 13th Street, ThiruNagar, Villivakkam, Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India –
600049. I’m part of All India Council of Human Rights Liberties & Social Justice. (Member of United
Nation Global Compact) designated has South India – Chairman but I have not got any help and
support nor Insight from the NGO Organisation till now. Whenever I called them (Dr. Antony Raju)
will just say Protect and Promote Human Rights and when seeking help he asked me to go meet the
people in power in my Tamil Nadu State. I’m a Double Post Graduate from University of Madras in
Human Right and duties Education and in Public Administration as well.

 Now I’m seeking your help and guidance. Where I can use the designated designation to full effect in
serving the society and community where I live in which in turn helping me to live a life worthy of
living. Because of all this, my career life is at stake. Kindly please talk with concern people in All India
Council of Human Rights Liberties & Social Justice which is based out of New Delhi. To give me Help
and Support and Insight whenever and wherever it is need. Whatever you promised by them was not
adhered. Kindly please look into this matter and help me out on this.
