Respected parents,

Hope you all are in the best state of Iman and health. Please accept our heartiest thanks and
congratulations on the journey of attaining the knowledge of deen with your kids. Without your
assistance, we couldn't accomplish a thing.
Alhamdulillah our online Minhaj Eagers Sunday school completed its first year. Now it's time to
do the assessments. So, we are conducting an online Exam.
Please note the important dates.
June 27: Practice Exam (For all Tiers)
July 04: Oral Exam (Tier 1 & Tier 2)
July 04: Written Exam (Tier 3 to Tier 7)
July 11 & July 18: Presentations (For Tier 3 to Tier 7)
Note: All students will have 50 minutes to write the exam and 10 minutes to upload the exam.
August 01: Graduation and report card
Note: The school will be closed for the summer until September.
September 12: Classes will resume. 
Categories for certificates
1) Top 3 position holders in each class
2) Homework submission on time
3) Active participation in class with their camera turned on
4) Students with good attendance
One common certificate will be awarded to all students for completing one year. Students will be
getting video clips of their performances (if any) with a report card. In Shaa Allah
All the lessons are available on Google classroom. Please make sure that your kids have access
to it. If not, then contact the teachers of their respective classes or contact management directly.
Teachers have already started reviewing the syllabus. Please make sure that your kids don't miss
a class and help your children in preparing for the upcoming exams. If you have any questions
