JOB DESCRIPTION

RECRUITMENT MANAGER - TEMPORARY STAFFING

Qualification: MBA In HR / Graduate


Location: Malad, Mumbai
Experience: 5 + Years
Industry: Staffing / Recruitment Agencies Preferred (Recruitment Background is a must)
Functional Area: Management Level
Reporting: Sr. Recruitment Manager

Soft Skills Requirement: -

 Good verbal and written communication skills.


 An Effective Coordinator as the role demands working continuously with various groups (such
close interactions with clients, Business Associates, Colleges, Technical Institutions, and Internal
Teams.)
 Knowledge of Excel for MIS Reporting.
 Negotiation Skills.
 Attention to details.
 Analytical Ability /Set Priorities
Skills Required:

1. A proven record of accomplishment of managing a large team of recruiters.


2. Strong knowledge of recruitment process and practices. Hiring Tactics.
3. Adequate knowledge of function of job portals (Naukri, Shine, Monster, Quicker, etc)
4. Must have handled mass recruitment / bulk hiring – Blue collared profiles.
5. Eg- Bikers, Loader, Delivery Person, etc.
6. Experience in handling field recruiters.
7. Must have good client service record of accomplishment.
8. Willingness to travel to branches from recruitment drives/ train recruiters/ meet clients.
Key Result Area: (Expectations from the jobholders)

1. Generate Revenue through closing temp Mandates. Achieve monthly/ quarterly targets.
2. Train new recruiters, field recruiter to achieve productivity.
3. Review strength and weakness of the recruiters in the team and monitoring closely their
progress.
4. Get maximum sourcing done from Business Associates.
5. Maintain and grow relationships with Business Associates.
6. Satisfactory Recruitment Services recruiting into Temp transfer.
7. Ensure timely billing and collection.
