Roles and Responsibilities -

● Helping the Master tutor to conduct online video sessions and creating a positive learning environment for
our students in grades 4 to 10 on our learning platform.
● Clarifying doubts using the chatbox
● Providing error-free step-by-step solutions to the questions raised by the students.
● Helping students strengthen their English language acquisition and speaking skills.

An ideal candidate should -

● Have impeccable English communication skills, with zero diction or pronunciation errors.
● Be a master at multitasking & time management.
● An acute understanding of children's/ teenagers written communication patterns, lingo, & ability to respond
in a concise manner.
● A minimum typing speed of 60 Words Per Minute.
● Ability to maintain high accuracy in terms of information, word choice and grammar.
● Able to manage a learning platform effectively & troubleshoot issues when required with support from our
team.

Eligibility -
● Should have at least a Bachelor’s degree
● No prior experience in teaching is required. Experienced/Freshers can apply
● Candidates with the following degrees and/or certifications are preferred -
➢ BA/MA English
➢ An advanced level English/ foreign language certification/s like TEFL, TESOL, TESL, CELTA, DELTA
➢ B.Ed/M.Ed

Work Location - Work from Home

Employment Type - Full-time
Compensation - CTC is INR 4.75 LPA ( 4 LPA fixed + up to 75 Thousand as an annual variable)
