Please refer to your loan application #692397CDD359 for a loan facility from Nahar Credits Private
Limited made through Camden Town Technologies Pvt. Ltd. ("ZestMoney") through ZestMoney’s
technology platform https://zestmoney.in/.

We are happy to provide a revolving line of credit facility on the following broad terms and conditions:

INR. 4000 (Rupees Four Thousand) to be disbursed by way of

payment to one or more Merchants in accordance with the relevant

Amounts utilised under the Sanctioned Credit Limit in a Credit Cycle
10 Repayment Date shall be repaid on or before 5th of every calendar month of the
immediately next Credit Cycle.
(i) ZestMoney may collect amounts payable by you on our behalf
using the National Automated Clearing House mandate or similar
payment mandates provided by you. In addition, ZestMoney may also
charge a fee for facilitating this transaction.
11 Other Conditions
(ii) Non-payment of amounts due on the relevant due dates may have
adverse consequences including: (i) having your details reported to the
credit bureaus; and (ii) suitable legal action as may be necessary to
recover the outstanding amounts.

This offer is valid up to 10 (ten) working days from the date of issue of this letter.
