Dear Ma’am/Sir,

I draft this letter to let you know that I shall tender my resignation from company as a position
of District Sales Manager effective this day April 1, 2022.

I would like to take this opportunity to say thank you Ma’am Jenny and Sir Tirso, and I always be
grateful that you’re my mentor and leader I always look up to. Thank you for challenges as well
as believing in me and my capabilities as a PMR then became a Manager. I have been with the
company for almost 3 years and I thank you for giving me the opportunity to have worked with
a company that values their customers and their employees.

Working at Innogen has been such a wonderful experience and I have enjoyed working with
you and my other colleagues.

However, making this decision has been difficult, my wife took work opportunity abroad, and I
need to give my full attention to my son having ADHD. This will be a beneficial to our part to
work my wife overseas for our future. My wife and I decided to give it a try and so my decision
to leave the company is irrevocable.

Given the opportunities at hand, I would like to ask our good office that my employment be
effective until 15th of April, 2022. In the remaining days, I am at your call on endorsement and
other to do's to make this turn-over as smooth as possible

I wish BU4 and Innogen success in the future and thank you for the opportunities.
