Are you looking for a versatile spray device that offers a wide range of applications for
improvement and renovation work on small to medium-sized construction sites? Then the
modular low-pressure spray systems with HVLP- and XVLP technology (Xtra Volume Low
Pressure) from WAGNER are perfect for you – especially in terms of quality, functionality
and value for money. Low-pressure spraying involves working with a large air volume and
a low air pressure (up to 0.7 bar) – which results in a high working speed and minimal
overspray.

AIRCOAT NOZZLES ACF 3000

The dome-shaped geometry and high-tech honing methods during manufacture ensure extremely fine atomisation with low
energy consumption (material pressure). For a long service life and low wear and tear, the nozzle is made from resistant hard metal.
The WAGNER AirCoat nozzle ensures brilliant surface finishes: An even spray pattern and extremely gentle graduated borders are
guaranteed. This applies to both small and large quantities of atomised air.

AIRCOAT PRE-ATOMISATION NOZZLES ACF 3000 PLUS

AirCoat pre-atomisation nozzles provide extra fine atomisation even with low inlet air pressure. This is especially important for
processing water- or solvent-based paints. Using a pre-atomisation nozzle allows you to work with less material and air quantity.
There is significantly less overspray and material consumption decreases. Compared to the standard AirCoat nozzle the material is
pre-atomised directly at the outer edge of the nozzle. The result: an especially even and soft spray pattern.
