How to view EC document online

1. https://tnreginet.gov.in/portal/webHP?
requestType=ApplicationRH&actionVal=homePage&screenId=114&UserLocaleID=en&_csrf=ed8

2. Go to E-service
3. Select EC view
4. Search Encumbrance certificate
5. Select EC
6. Enter zone, district , sub register office
7. EC start date and end date
8. Enter survey details
9. Village
10. Survey number (available in the registration document) eg. 923/4b
11. Enter sub division no as : 4b
12. Click search
Note: check date availability period.
Only those periods can be viewed.

Option 2
1. Go to E-service
2. Select EC view
3. Search Encumbrance certificate
4. Select Document wise
5. Enter all the details
6. Document no will be available in back side of the registration copy as shown in the below pic
Option 3
1. Go to E-service
2. Select EC view
3. Search Encumbrance certificate
4. Select plot flatwise
5. Enter zone, district, sub register office
6. EC start date and end date
7. Enter survey details
8. Village
9. Survey number (available in the registration document) eg. 923/4b
10. Enter sub division no as : 4b
11. Click search
Note: check date availability period.
Only those periods can be viewed.
Also you can give request to find document.

2. Go to E-service
3. Select EC view
4. Search and apply EC
5. Give all the required details
6. Mandatory “ Conveyed Extent * i.e Undivided share – total area
7. Old Survey No./Sub Div No ..
8. Any Registered Document Number
9. Name of Declared Owner

Note: select the Sub registration office location according to the survey no.
