This eKit document provides you with critical links and information that you should use
in conjunction with the implementation workshop you are attending. Each section of
this document will help you with different support aspects for the workshop:

1. Documentation: Presentation Materials, Lab Documents, Student Guides

Access the following site to get access to these documents:

Financials (oraclecloud.com)

If you encounter any issues accessing the documentation site, you can send an
email to oracle-development_ww@oracle.com, please include the following
in the Subject line: Documentation / SecureSite Access Support.

2. Q&A Forum
There are Q&A forums set up for each workshop. You should use the following
forum to ask the instructor questions related to the workshop and labs in an off-
line format (after class). Keep in mind that this is NOT a general support forum
for the given Fusion module. It is a Q&A Forum that is used to support the
workshop related topics only (close knowledge gaps):

Financials Workshops — OPN Partner Communities (oracle.com)

Note, you need to log into your OPN account to access this forum.

3. How to Request a Lab Environment

• You can request an environment to support the labs in this workshop
by sending an email to:
o oracle-development_ww@oracle.com
• The subject line of the email should state:
• Subject Line: Environment Request – Financials Cloud – II Workshop
• Note: your email MUST BE SENT from the email account that you
used to register for the workshop!
• You will receive credentials and access within two to three hours of
your request.

4. Lab Environment Support:

• Problem/Question: I have requested for the environment by sending
the email but have not received the details yet.
o Send email to oracle-development_ww@oracle.com, Subject
Line: Have not received lab credentials yet. You can explain
the details in the email – which workshop,…
• Problem/Question: I am having difficulty performing certain steps in
the lab. Where can I get help?
o Post a question to the Q&A Forum that is used to support this
workshop.
