In rendering community services being a government official, I feel the significance of undertaking actions to
elicit positive social changes and transformation. Those activities shall be fueled and anchored by one
undeniable fact that our constituents normally need our information in addressing effectively the matters
directly affecting them.

I have been very interested in developing the current status of our Barangay through performance realization of
any people’s legitimate aspiration, and I have followed its progress with pleasure. Noting the importance of our
community services, I am, in and or behalf of our council confident, to request you for the INSTALLATION
OF POWERED SOLAR LIGHTS AMOUNTING FIVE MILLION PESOS (Php 5,000,000.00) of this barangay
made the Social Government Units (LGFS-FA to LGU’s) for 2020 General Appreciation Act (GAA), RA No.
10964.

I look forward that this request will be called to your attention and be one of your promises as the fact that we
enjoy requesting you in as much as we know you enjoy helping the Filipino people in general.
