Our Focus would be on the Quality Assets underlying as Non-Performing Assets (NPA ) in
Banking and Financial Institution (NBFCs) and Co Operative society should be revived into
Performing Assets by distinct way of liquidating Non-Core Assets and bringing strategic
investor and people together to take it to the next level.

Current Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code (IBC-2016) era, lot of Opportunities on different
way, clean exit to the investor who bet on these assets throwing very big opportunities in the
distress Asset Market . Most of the ARC s are not equipped with much capital and inability to
borrow money from the banking system as like NBFC, the Equity need is at large .

quality thinking, innovative strength, efficient process and responsibility. She focus on
financial solutions to the customers by understanding their needs.

Ms Krithika, Business Head is a qualified Engineer and Business Administration

Personality working in the field of Finance and handled various assignment in MNC
companies. She is heading the new business division and looking after the execution
of the Proposals.
