SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

I, ANTONIO DURAN NAVARRO JR. of legal age, married, Filipino and a resident of Fortune Homes,
Pulantubig, Dumaguete City, Negros Oriental, do hereby NAME, CONSTITUTE AND APPOINT
FERMIN JAMES FLORES EROSIDO, also of legal age, single, and a resident of Junob, Dumaguete
City, Negros Oriental, to be my true and lawful attorney-in-fact, for me and in my name, place and stead,
and for my own use and benefit, to do and perform all or any of the following acts and things to wit:

- To represent me before the BUREAU OF INTERNAL REVENUE (BIR), in connection

with the applying, processing, follow-up, verify, transfer and receive any documents
pertaining to TAXPAYER IDENTIFICATION NUMBER (TIN) of Bureau of Internal
Revenue related issues and concern.

- To make, sign and execute, other writings of whatever nature or kind, with any and all third
persons, entities or concerns, as well as RECEIVE, ACCEPT and COLLECT, the above-cited
application, upon terms and conditions acceptable to my said Attorney-In-Fact;

- And to generally do and perform all and every acts which may be requite, necessary or proper
to carry out the above purpose

HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto said attorney-in-fact full power and authority to do
and perform every act and thing whatsoever requisite and necessary to be done in and about the premises,
as fully to all intents and purposes as I might or could do if personally present, hereby ratifying and
confirming all that my said attorney shall lawfully do or cause to be done by virtue of these presents.
